He was born in 1959 in Borçka/Artvin. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the Ankara Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences in 1981. AYDIN began his professional career as an Assistant Inspector at T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. and subsequently served as Inspector, Department Head, Representative in Duisburg/Germany, and Branch Manager.

Following his roles as Executive Board Member of T. Halk Bankası A.Ş., Board Member of Pamukbank T.A.Ş., and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. between 2003 and 2005—a period during which the merger of Pamukbank T.A.Ş. and T. Halk Bankası A.Ş. was successfully completed—AYDIN served as General Manager of T. Halk Bankası A.Ş. from 2005 to 2011, during which the Bank carried out its public offering, the largest in the country’s history at that time.

Hüseyin AYDIN served as General Manager of T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. from 15 July 2011 to 26 March 2021 and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Banks Association of Turkey from 2010 to 2021. During his tenure, Ziraat Bank became Turkey’s most valuable banking brand and played a leading role in financing numerous major projects that contributed significant assets to the country.

He also served as a Board Member of Türkiye Wealth Fund Management Inc. between 2017 and 2021, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ziraat Katılım Bankası between 2015 and 2022, and Board Member of Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. between 2019 and 2022.

On 01 February 2022, he assumed office as General Manager of the Agricultural Credit Cooperatives of Turkey.

Mehmet Okan ATEŞ was born in 1984 in Bolu. He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Public Finance in 2007. Following his undergraduate studies, he continued his professional and academic development and completed the Executive Master in International Business program at ESCP Business School between 2023 and 2025. He also received language training at St Giles International Language School in London in 2017.

He began his professional career in 2008 as an Assistant Auditor at the Court of Accounts and continued as an Auditor at the Court of Accounts as of 2010. During this period, he served on the University Audit Team, conducting financial and accounting audits of various universities.

As of 2011, Ateş continued his duties within the Treasury Undersecretariat Audit Team, carrying out audit activities related to public finance, debt management, and the effective use of public resources. He conducted comprehensive audits particularly in the areas of treasury receivables, the single treasury account (public treasury management) and cash management, contingent liabilities (treasury guarantees and debt assumption commitments), liabilities arising from dissolved funds, and public debt management (domestic/foreign borrowing, project and program financing).

By the decision of the Central Union Board of Directors dated 22.07.2018, he was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Agricultural Credit Cooperatives of Turkey.

Fluent in English, Ateş has experience in public administration, financial auditing, and financial sustainability.

After completing her primary and secondary education in Ankara, she graduated in 2003 from Ankara University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Agricultural Economics.

Ayaz began her professional career in 2005 as a Management Trainee at Tansaş A.Ş., a company within the Doğuş Group. Between 2005 and 2007, she served as a Store Manager at Migros Türk A.Ş. From 2007 to 2015, she worked at T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. Agricultural Marketing Group Presidency, and between 2015 and 2022, she held positions at the Credit Analytics and Processes Division of T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş.

Appointed as Head of Product Development and Sales-1 Department in July 2022 by the decision of the Central Union Board of Directors, Ayaz is married and a mother of two children.

He graduated from Trakya University, Tekirdağ Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Agricultural Economics. He completed his Master’s Degree in the Department of Agricultural Economics at Ankara University, Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences.

He began his professional career in 2004 as a Factory Manager at a flour factory. Between 2007 and 2022, he worked at T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş., serving in various positions and titles at the Agricultural Projects Department, branch offices, and the Credit Analytics and Processes Division.

By the decision of the Central Union Board of Directors, he was appointed as Head of Product Development and Sales-2 Department in July 2022.

After completing his primary and secondary education in Kahramanmaraş, he graduated from the Department of Public Finance at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. Between 2010 and 2016, he served as an Inspector at the Gaziantep Regional Union of Agricultural Credit Cooperatives. In October 2016, he was appointed as a Specialist to the Loans Directorate under the Loans and Financial Affairs Department at the Central Union General Directorate. While serving as a Specialist in the Loans Directorate, he was assigned as Credit Operations Manager by a decision of the Board of Directors. With the decision of the Central Union Board of Directors dated 12.03.2021, he continued his duty as Head of Credit Allocation Department. By the decision of the Central Union Board of Directors dated 18 July 2022, Tatar was appointed as Head of Customer/Partner Evaluation Policies and Processes Department.

Ümit Tanrıöven completed his primary and secondary education in Ankara and graduated from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Selçuk University. He began his professional career in 2007 as an engineer at the Austrian-based MCE company during the construction of the Ermenek Hydroelectric Power Plant.

On 10.09.2008, he started working as a candidate staff member at the Central Union Subsidiaries Directorate. In 2017, he was granted the title of Assistant Manager, and in 2018, he was appointed to the Directorate of Discipline and Personnel Affairs. In 2019, he was assigned as a Manager. By the decision of the Central Union Board of Directors, he served as Unit Manager at the Directorate of Discipline and Personnel Affairs as of 16.10.2020. With the decision of the Central Union Board of Directors dated 18 July 2022, he was appointed as Head of Human Resources and Communication Department.

In 2005, she graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Fisheries Engineering (Bachelor’s Degree), and in 2007, she completed her Master’s Degree in Fisheries Engineering at Istanbul University, earning the title of Master Engineer. Between 2006 and 2010, she also completed the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Public Finance at Anadolu University.

She began her professional career in 2005 at Ankara Emeklilik A.Ş. in Istanbul. Between 2006 and 2007, she worked at Halkbank Elmadağ Branch. In 2007, she joined T.C. Ziraat Bankası Tekirdağ Branch. From 2009 to 2022, she held various positions and titles at T.C. Ziraat Bankası Head Office, including Agricultural Loans Department, Agricultural Marketing Department, Credit Analytics and Processes Division, and Credit Operations Division.

Appointed as Head of Budget and Central Operations Department in July 2022 by the decision of the Board of Directors of the Central Union, Sivritepe is married and a mother of two children.

He began his career in January 2007 as an Assistant Inspector at the Board of Inspectors. Between 2016 and 2018, he served as Head of the Board of Inspectors. While serving as Chief Inspector since 2018, he was appointed as Head of the Board of Inspectors pursuant to the Approval of the Office of the General Manager dated 03.08.2022 and numbered E.48666387-903.02.01-6505/1762. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Audit and Risk Management and the Certified Government Auditing Professional (CGAP) certification.
